Kari has over ten years of experience in the fitness and nutrition field. Her specialty is family nutrition, weight management, diabetes, food allergies, and sports nutrition. Kari also has a growing background working with pre- and postnatal mothers, counseling women with gestational diabetes or educating mothers on healthy nutrition for their families. She also has taught mom and baby fitness classes, yoga, and pilates. Kari is a Licensed and Registered Dietitian (LD, RD) who holds a M.S. in Nutrition and Public Health and a B.S. in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. Her passion is empowering people to take steps toward improving their lifestyle for themselves and their family through an approach that is practical, yet holistic.
