Top 9 Essential Oils for Stress
Have you been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, nervous or depressed? Maybe you have had changes in your appetite, frequent illness, headaches, low energy or aches, pains and muscle tension?
These symptoms could be a result of the stress in your life. Work, finances, relationships, health and so much more can contribute to the stress we carry day to day. However, chronic stress can happen when you have high levels of stress or feel stressed for long periods of time. When untreated, this type of stress can lead to health problems like:

According to the American Psychological Association, stress can be managed by adopting healthy eating, regular physical activity, sufficient sleep and other healthy lifestyle behaviors.
