I would like for you to envision, for a moment, a boat full of people who are ready and eager to row and navigate to the shoreline, but the Captain has yet to give any orders. We all sit in this boat together, uncertain of when we will row, how long will it take, or where we will end up. These questions are very similar to the circumstances of many during the current COVID crisis and can create great stress, fear, and worry. So I invite you to do a quick 7-minute meditation to slow the breath and silence the mind in order to overcome your negative thoughts and emotions, ultimately instilling balance once more.
