Fitness Friday: The Corona Workout For The Whole Family

Times are stressful but that doesn’t mean you have to stress your workout routine. In fact, you can get the entire family involved to create a workout together. An easy way to do this is by beginning with a word. In this case, CORONA. Then choose an exercise that begins with each letter of the word. 

  • CRUNCHES
  • OVERHEAD REACH JUMPS
  • RUN IN PLACE
  • OPPOSITE KNEE TAPS
  • NARROW TO WIDE SQUATS
  • APPLE JACK PUSHUPS

 

 Finally, do the workout. And don’t forget to have fun and stay fit!
