Fitness Friday: The Hotel Workout

Sometimes life takes you on the road and your only option to get a good workout is the hotel gym.

Here’s a total body workout with just four exercises that you can perform for time (10-30 minutes) or rounds (3 or more).

Suggested warmup includes: 10-15 minute bike, elliptical or jog on treadmill

Suggested cool down: Stretch
