Fitness Friday: The On-The-Go Workout

Sometimes life takes you on the road and your only option to get a good workout is the hotel gym. 

Join me for a GREAT total body workout with just 5 staple exercises and a quick finisher that is sure to help you stay fit and feeling well while you are on the go!

Suggested warmup: 10-15 minute bike, elliptical or jog on treadmill.

Suggested cool down: stretch.
