Planning and tracking your workouts can often be the difference between hitting or missing your personal fitness goals. To many, pre-planning and tracking workouts seems like a daunting task. It doesn’t have to be, though. Once you begin the act of pre-planning and tracking your exercise, you will begin to notice its benefits, and thus, want to make this simple act a part of your normal routine.
