Electrolytes are minerals found in the body that have an electric charge such as calcium, potassium, sodium, phosphate and magnesium. When you lose bodily fluids, you lose water as well as these very important electrolytes. Managing electrolyte balance is especially critical during illness, extreme physical exertion, extreme heat and other times of noticeable demand on the body causing loss of electrolytes via sweat, urination and other bodily fluids.

The best option is to opt to make your very own all natural electrolyte drink using quality ingredients.
Citrus Electrolyte Drink
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 Tbsp organic raw honey
- 1/8 tsp himalayan sea salt
- 2-3 tbsp of your choice:
- squeezed juice of 1 lemon, 1.5 limes, 1 orange or a combo
- Mix together in large cup or pitcher.
