As a Health Advisor, Andrew’s focus is helping individuals discover who they really are in order to live a life that is fully expressed. As a result of extensive training in Presence-Based Coaching methodology, Andrew focuses on providing a transformative level of personal awareness to his participants. Specializing in mindfulness techniques and multiple adult development models, Andrew’s participants not only work towards achieving their desired outcomes they learn the skills needed to coach themselves in the future, becoming more resilient with each session.
Andrew graduated from Appalachian State University where he gained a deep appreciation for time spent outdoors and continues to enjoy the mountains as an Asheville resident. He is a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM) and maintains his own health and wellness through regular workouts with his CrossFit community, setting aside time for meditation, and spending dedicated time with his family.
