Over five years ago, Caren started making lifestyle changes that improved her health and sense of well-being. This awakened in her a desire to help others on similar journeys which eventually led to the decision to leave her long-time career as an educator and school administrator. She is now a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and a Certified Personal Trainer.
Caren emphasizes the values of curiosity, kindness, and positivity when working with others. She believes that each of us knows ourselves best. Her goal when coaching is to become a trusted ally who is fully present and listens well. Caren feels incredibly grateful to have found a profession that supports her strengths which in turn allows her to then be supportive of others as they take steps to improve their lives.
