Namasine has worked in the counseling profession for over 10 years, with experience supporting men and women suffering from substance abuse, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and more. After graduating from Argosy University with a Master’s in professional counseling, she developed a background facilitating individual and group therapy. She has experience with several modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
Namasine utilizes movement, art, music and mindfulness approaches. She considers it her quest to provide a healthy space to allow the heart, mind, body, and spirit to grow. Guided by the belief that we are all kindred spirits, Namasine enjoys the work of accompanying others through self-exploration on their life journey.
