Rick is an experienced Registered Dietitian, Nutritionist and Certified Health Coach. As a recognized leader on the topic, he has lectured throughout the U.S. on cardiovascular disease, cancer prevention, weight management, risk-reduction for diabetes and stroke, and the connections between nutrition and depression. Rick is also an author, with a background in writing for educational programs as well as his own book on cancer prevention. He helped develop the first interactive health website and co-owned a weight loss clinic with one of Washington D.C.’s “Top Docs.”
As a Health Advisor, Rick’s current focus is on coaching to help people develop self-care habits that improve their energy and overall health while reducing their need for medical intervention. He is dedicated to supporting his participants build healthy lifestyle behaviors that last.
