How to work movement into your day without formal exercise


As a Health Advisor, I hear a similar story a lot: “I just want to exercise more.” This is often followed with a litany of reasons of why this is hard to accomplish such as not having enough time in the day. The problem is, we too often think of exercise and fitness in black and white terms. You have to go the gym or you have to attend this class. Well, I’m happy to say, we can easily think outside the box simply by getting MORE movement throughout the day.
